Description
It is thought that horses were probably domesticated about 4000 years ago. Most horses are tamed but feral horses still roam in many countries. The breed is categorized into three groups: Hotbloods, coldbloods, and warmbloods. Horses are used for racing, working, and recreation.
Horses will generally live 25 to 30 years while it takes about four years to outgrow the colt stage. They are a herd animal with a clearcut hierarchy established in the group. I find them very photogenic and think they are a magnificent animal.
