Tulips are a perennial plant that blooms in the spring. They are a member of the lily family. Tulips are a very popular spring flower. They exist in more than 3000 varieties. Holland is probably the most famous grower and cultivator of tulips. In addition to being cultivated, they also grow wild with about 75 varieties known.

I am primarily a landscape photographer. I hope to capture the beauty and grandeur of the natural world. Living on the east coast affords me the opportunity to photograph the ocean and Appalachian Mountain Range. Rural scenes, horses, still life images, and digital creations are also interests of mine. I am passionate about my photography and hope to convey beautiful moods and emotions through my images. I have won over 100 photography awards and some of my images have been published.
